2. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaConfluence and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data delays, outages, exchange/API failures, or indirect/consequential damages.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, legal/regulatory compliance, tax obligations, and all risk-management settings and execution decisions.
